I had an incredible stay here and will be back. the balcony overlooked the lake. - Affable and accommodating staff, I thoroughly enjoyed them all. - the property location was great and amazing to the restaurants, etc.

triple room with a nice balcony was ready when we arrived. a dining area, a seating area, and a study table were a very nice touch. the location was particularly good for first time visitors to hoi an.

It is a quaint little property located in Cam Pho district so close to river and both the beaches. The location is in a particularly good spot really close to everything-10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to everything we needed. We were within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and the popular walking street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the best we've stayed in Asia so far. The staff were also very polite and helpful, and they went the extra mile to assist us with transportation details like buses, taxis, and motorbikes.

There was some construction going on nearby, which resulted in some noise during the mornings.

The location here is stunning and nice, close to the walking street, while the staff were very knowledgeable and outstandingly helpful, providing us with great tips.

I felt like I was living inside a postcard with the beautiful scenery right outside my window. As someone who loves being close to the beach, this was a dream come true.

The tile/marble floor in the twin/double room could be a bit cold on bare feet. But that's just my personal preference, others might find it refreshing.

We had an amazing view from our room, with large windows that let us enjoy it even from the shower! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful with recommendations on local markets and landmarks. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to markets and plenty of dining options nearby.

The internet was a bit weak in my room, but it was still usable for work. It would have been nice if it was stronger.

We had a fantastic stay at B'Lan Riverside Villa. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the villa had a homestay feel and the breakfast area across the road had a beautiful view of the mountains and river. B'Lan, the owner, made us feel like family and even invited us to have dinner with the staff and locals. the location was unique, slightly off the beaten track but still close to the old town which we could easily reach by the bicycles provided. B'Lan Riverside Villa was a perfect choice for a personalized experience. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.

I always stay at this amazing place in Hoi An. The staff helped me with currency exchange. It suits me perfectly - Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, outdoor dining area, massage, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for holiday. Best decision ever!

The new owners of this place have completely transformed it into a mind-blowingly comfortable and modern haven. The rooms are jaw-droppingly clean and lovely, with super comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready with amazing tips to make your time in the city wow-worthy. The free bike rentals make it a breeze to explore the area. highly recommended for a truly memorable stay!
